Hi, I’m Silvia, your trusted Naples doula. I help expectant moms in Southwest Florida feel better prepared for birth. I’m here to support you with practical tools and skilled guidance for the birth experience you want.
Philosophy/Approach
As a Certified Body Ready Method® Pro, I take a movement and alignment-focused approach to birth. With a strong understanding of pelvic biomechanics, I help you work with your body to create more space and balance as your baby moves through the pelvis. Through intentional movement and positioning, I guide you in ways that support steady progress and a more efficient birth.
I focus on your preferences and vision for birth. I share clear, evidence-based information so you can make confident decisions. Whether you’re hoping for an unmedicated birth, an epidural supported birth, or a VBAC, I’m here to support you in the way that feels right to you.

Get to Know Me
I began working as a doula in 2016, building on my background in Women’s Studies and a deep dedication for supporting and empowering women. Walking alongside a woman as she prepares to enter motherhood, whether for the first time or for the seventh, is something I don’t take lightly. It’s work I feel deeply connected to, and a role I step into with intention, presence, and respect for each individual experience.
